Order Review Notice
To ensure accuracy and quality, all orders are reviewed before shipment. This helps us verify product details, confirm availability, and reduce the chance of mistakes. Orders are processed for shipping only after they have passed our internal review.

Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, we want you to have a positive experience with Cocuy Coffee.
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, damage during shipping, or a quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
A replacement shipment
Store credit
A refund on a case-by-case basis

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.
