Order Review Notice
To ensure accuracy and quality, all orders are carefully reviewed before shipment. This helps us verify product details, confirm availability, and avoid any potential mistakes. Orders will only be processed for shipping once they have passed our internal review. If we identify any issues, we will reach out to you directly before proceeding.
Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, we want you to love your coffee experience. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, damage during shipping, or quality concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly offer:
- A replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Or a refund (case-by-case basis)

Exceptions
- Items returned without prior approval
- Delayed deliveries caused by carriers or customs
